Vaishali Deshmukh has successfully completed the Education Leaders’ Programme (EdLEAP) at the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.
This 9-month advanced leadership initiative is co-led by renowned IIMC faculty including Prof. Aditi Bhutoria, and is designed to empower senior educators and education entrepreneurs with tools for transformative school leadership.
This milestone reflects Vaishali Ma’am’s unwavering commitment to educational innovation and leadership. She continues to bring this expertise into real classrooms, mentoring systems, and academic strategies across partner schools.
